Care Guide
Being conscious with our clothes doesn't just stop at what we buy, how we care for it is also really important in making our clothes last and our carbon footprint in doing so.
We always recommend you try and get as many wears out of something as you can, don't always presume that because you've worn something it's dirty and needs washing. You can consume up to five times less energy by wearing your clothes at least three times!
When things really do need washing, you should always try to hand wash where possible. It's gentler on your clothing and doesn't use as much water or detergent. Where this is not possible, we recommend to wash on a cool gentle wash as this is not only better for the environment, as 90% of a washing machines power usage comes from heating the water alone, but goes a long way in looking after your clothes and ensuring the longevity of each garment as items are less likely to fade.
Garments can also be dry cleaned but please do not tumble dry. It is okay to iron although please be mindful of the setting and the heat.
A lot of time, effort and love has gone into creating each item so please put as more care back into looking after your garments.
